

Stretchy Safari Adventure
In this 1st grade physical education lesson focusing on fitness and flexibility, students will engage in a variety of interactive activities designed to promote movement and increase flexibility. The lesson begins with an introduction to the concept of flexibility and its benefits, followed by a warm-up involving creative animal-themed stretches that encourage participation and fun.
