Kansas 10th Grade Curriculum

We are excited to present our thoughtfully designed 10th Grade curriculum, aligned with Kansas academic standards and aimed at fostering a deep understanding of core content while developing critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills in students. This curriculum is structured to equip students with the knowledge and abilities they need for future academic success and life beyond school.

English Language Arts

Our English Language Arts program emphasizes both literature and writing, encouraging students to explore a diverse range of texts—from classic novels to contemporary non-fiction. Students will engage in:

• Critical Reading and Analysis: Delving into literature, students will learn to identify themes, literary devices, and cultural contexts, enhancing their analytical skills.
