North Dakota 3rd Grade Curriculum

We are excited to present our meticulously designed 3rd Grade Curriculum, aligned with North Dakota academic standards across key subjects, to help educators foster a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Our English Language Arts program focuses on critical reading and writing skills. Students will:

Our Math curriculum is designed to provide students with a robust understanding of mathematical concepts through hands-on activities and real-world problem-solving. Students will:

• Explore operations and algebraic thinking, utilizing addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to tackle practical challenges.
• Work with base ten understanding, enhancing their number sense and computational skills.
• Learn measurement techniques and data organization, equipping them to analyze and interpret information.
• Discover geometry through identifying shapes and understanding their properties and spatial relationships, laying the groundwork for higher-level math skills.

• Physical Science: They will investigate matter, energy, and forces, drawing connections to everyday phenomena.
